Our Fit Guarantee takes this stress away. If your item does not fit, you can receive a refund for 100% of the rental fee, minus the dry-cleaning and postage costs (£16).
Simply go to your ‘Rental History’ page and select ‘View Details’ to view the item’s Order Summary. You will see the Request Fit Guarantee button on this page once you are within 24 hours of the rental start date.
Once requested, please post the item back to us on the same or the following day – in other words, what would have been the second day of the rental – using the reusable return packaging and label provided.
That's it! Everything will now be taken care of.
