Purchased items must be returned within 14 days of receipt using the prepaid returns label included in your parcel.

If you haven't received a returns label, please contact our Customer Support team directly at help@johnlewisfashionrental.com and we'll be happy to help.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse and checked in, we'll issue a full refund, minus the original shipping fee.

Please ensure the item is:

• Unworn and in its original condition.
• Returned with all security tags still attached.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
